  The brownies are great! I had a brief hiatus from the fried goodness that is Zaxby's. I said I was going to stop eating fried foods and it's close to impossible. I'm always eating on the go and every time my car passes Zaxby's I have to stop. This particular location is a favorite of mine because it's closest to my house. When it comes to the main meal, there's no telling what I'll choose. But, when it comes to a Zaxby's visit, there is a guarantee that I'll be getting a brownie and a cup of ice.
  
  I'm a fan of the salads at Zaxby's. I usually get a grilled house salad when I visit. Every now and again, I'll order chicken fingers or something of the fried variety, but it's rare these days. This location is always clean on the inside and there is never much of a crowd indoors. However, the drive-thru is a different story. I figure everyone is on the go like myself and has no time to stop the car, walk-in, order and wait. The drive-thru is a much easier process.
  
  This particular location makes it easy. There is never a long wait even if a line is forming around the building. The staff is efficient and the food quality does not pay the price. I've always received hot food and they always remember my extras.... desserts! I also LOVE their ice. This may seem strange, but sometimes I just order ice. And they never have a problem with it. Zaxby's is one of the fast food jewels of the South. I believe this restaurant chain will make its way North in due time. In the meantime, drive-thru and grab something from the menu. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

  This place is one of the best locations in town especially if you received a coupon for a free meal through the mail.

  I like this location better than the others, which is odd, because I am told they are all owned by the same managing group, (except for a couple,) but I guess each individual restaurant either has a personality and a feeling about it, or it lacks it.  Most of the times I have been here either on a lunch break or an outing with my kids, the staff have been friendly.  My favorite item is the Cobb Salad by far, superior to any competitor's as well.  The fried mushrooms are good too.  There is a lady who works the drive thru every day of the week, and she is a sweetheart and so nice.

  I eat here at least twice a week. Food is always consistent and fresh. Employees are nice. If you haven't tried it I definitely recommend the chicken fingers and the  salads are yummy as well.

  We used to never have an issue with this location. Recently though, our experience has been consistently awful. One significant issue we noted was an entire meal being forgotten on two separate occasions. Our meal had so many errors (wrong sandwich, wrong side, missing sauces, missing sides, etc. - all in addition to the missing meal) the first time that we were offered a full replacement of the order. Upon attempting to redeem this offer, we were given one free appetizer. It goes without saying that we would not recommend this establishment to anyone, nor will we be returning.
